For that cash, you’re getting a pretty comprehensive watch, offering far more than just running metrics.
However, let’s dig into what’s great there for the moment, as you’re getting an integrated heart rate monitor on the rear (no need for a separate chest strap), which can provide your VO2 Max readout and let you know how much fitter you’re getting.
It can also help predict your race times based on that fitness, although experience tells us that it’s a good idea to ignore that - unless you’re into being told you should be running 5K two minutes faster when you’re on the ground feeling sick from trying so hard.
